個人簡介

程輝,中國醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)院血液病醫(yī)院(血研所)研究員,協(xié)和準長聘助理教授,博導(dǎo)。2007年獲浙江大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位。2013年獲北京協(xié)和醫(yī)學(xué)院博士學(xué)位。研究方向為造血干細胞及其微環(huán)境。以第一/通訊作者(含共同)在Nat Cell Biol、J Clin Invest、J Exp Med、Blood等雜志上發(fā)表論文和綜述20余篇。國家重點研發(fā)計劃首席科學(xué)家。獲國家優(yōu)青、天津市杰青等人才項目。獲國家自然科學(xué)獎二等獎。獲國內(nèi)外專利5項。中國生理學(xué)會青年委員和天津市血液與再生醫(yī)學(xué)學(xué)會理事。


主要研究方向

作為最早被應(yīng)用于臨床的成體干細胞,造血干細胞(HSC)功能和分化模式一直以來是研究的熱點。我們實驗室的研究目標是明確HSC在穩(wěn)態(tài)和疾病狀態(tài)下的內(nèi)外調(diào)控機制,揭示微環(huán)境在其中的變化規(guī)律繼而對HSC的影響機理,探討HSC選擇性保護的分子機制,以期為白血病的治療提供新的思路和策略。
